wenco windows?

Are Wenco windows good replacement windows??
I found a good price n them at a Bargin Outlet and they appear to be welded, but cant tell if they are virgin Vinyl..ANyone out there have experience with these windows.
I have someone who is willing to put them in for me.
I dont have alot of money and the price is right, but not if these dont hold up and keep the cold out I need another direction to go.

I am assuming you are talking about Contractor's warehouse in NOrth Highlands (Sacramento). Grossman's and Contractor's warehouse are both owned by Jeld-Wen windows. The ones on the shelf are the SUmmit line in vinyl and a window made in Mexico for the aluminum. Go to the Jeld-Wen website.
