Jeld-Wen vinyl replacement window vs Silverline vinyl Replac

I have received quotes from local contractors for both Jeld-Wen and Silverline replacement windows. The Jeld-Wen vinyl replacement window was $274.00 per window with the outside wood clad in vinyl. The Silverline vinyl replacement window was $284.00 per window with aluminum cladding on outside wood. My question is , which is the better window? and is vinyl cladding preffered over aluminum ? I want to replace 13 single glass pane single hung windows with double hung thermal windows. Any assistance will be much appreciated.
