the window master, Issue and complaints Polybau

Sorry guys but I read a very interesting thread two weeks ago about the window broker and the issued that they have with justice and a bunch of customers.
Can someone tell me where is this thread.
The thread included also their license number and an adress of a web site where we could check the current status of their license in northen calif.
