I find the "Constant Force Balance" to be my first choice. I've seen some good "Block & Tackle" systems also.

Nothing better than "Knuckling Up" I say. In my younger days I'd hunt people down to punch them in the eye. Today I just try to wake up and breath. I think growing up in the 60's & 70's has finally caught up with me. I just found out recently that my so called torn rotator cuff's I've been dealing with for the past three years. Is really degenerative arthritis in my shoulders. It's eaten away all my cartilage in each socket and is bone on bone. So I'm not taking a poke at anyone for awhile! So all you window installers with sore shoulders beware. Catch it now before it gets to late like me!!!!!

Still looking around to find a qualified installer in my area. So many here today gone tomorrow it is difficult unless someone goes with HD Lowes or Sears.
