Window Manufacturer??

I just bought a house and the seller's son said that the windows were installed about 8 years ago. I cannot find the manufacturer of the windows anywhere I look. I did find a little yellow sticker on the top of the casing and it showed these numbers:

GG3DHFR
657092.001
042202-28A

They are double hung tilting windows and I accidentally broke the pivot bars. The bars have the number 8254 on them. If anyone knows the manufacturer or where I can find the pivot bars, I'd love to know.

I also have the same sticker on my windows but i broke the whole window and need the little rods as well. any luck where they are made? I found that the tilt latches are made by Ashland products in Indiana.
