Wincore 5400?

I recently had a estimate on Wincore 5400 for $480 each installed. I did research and don't find much. I called another company and got estimate on Sunrise Essentials and Simonton 5500. These were both $280 a piece installed. I know that Wincore people came from Simonton. It is my understanding that the Sunrise and Simonton are a much better window than the Wincore 5400. Plus, the salesman was trying to rip me off. Which is better the Simonton or the Sunrise?
