Ply Gem Premium or Simonton 5500?

The contractor I'm dealing with is telling me the Ply Gem is actually the better window for less money. The Ply Gem has the Stainless Intercept with foam insert. It also has fiberglass reinforcement.

These are double hung windows - about 13 to replace.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
