Why is Quad so much better than 100% Silicone? Thanks :?:

Not sure that it really is, however, from an installers standpoint: Color availability, tool-ability, paint-ability, and familiarity.

...doesn't turn yellow, collect dirt, lays a nicer bead 8)

How is its ability to adhear to the vinyl compared to silicone?

i have switched to quad . used to be 50/50,now all OSI on the exterior.

Silicone is nice when it is really cold outside.Never had a problem with silicone yellowing.
