Which replacement windows in vinyl is good for noise reduction ?
Is there some manufacturer specialized on that ?

Look at Milgard Quietline Windows if you want maximum sound reduction. Adding laminated glass to a replacement window will give you about a 30% reduction in sound vs the same window with regualr glass.
