How do these windows compare?

I live in the Northeast and need new double hung vinyl windows. I'm looking for good quality at a fair price. Can you give me an idea of how the following compare? -- Harvey Classic -- Earthwise Eclipse -- United Window (they also have a model called "Eclipse") -- Windows World 4000 series. Which ones would you put in your house?

The Harvey Classic is a decent window.

Can't speak from experience about the two Eclipses. Not a big fan of the 4000.
