Hi,
We live in Phoenix, Arizona, and we have a bid from Atrium and Windowmart. They seem like comparable windows, and the price is close, does anyone have any opinions good or bad on either of these windows? Is anyone aware of the swiggle seal melting in the heat????

I carry around a glass pack with the swiggle seal and the tarry stuff is melted and saging into the line of sight. And this is from Buffalo, NY, not Arizona.
