Hi all
I just signed a contract for 19 replacement windows
3 of which are small(not sure) for kitchen/bathrooms
& the rest are about 30x55 & 36x60
total cost 10,287 in San Antonio, TX
they agree to replace any damaged siding (asbestos)
& replace any rotten wood trim on outside.
single hung, double pane, low e, argon gas, tilt sash
reasonable or a rip off??
please help! my rescission ends Wednesday!

who manufactures these windows? will they cap the exterior with an aluminum or vinyl coated aluminum?
Single hung? Are you sure of this?

Revere Birkshire & yes the are single hung, the top is stationary?does not tilt...not sure what you mean by will they cap the exterior with an aluminum or vinyl coated aluminum, Do you mean the exterior trim?
