Thermal-Weld by Thermal Chek

I have an installer in South Jersey/SE PA recommending these windows. I never heard of them, but he uses them often and doesnt have any issues. He has done other work for me in the past, so I trust him, however I dont want a window that I can't research.

They seem to be a small local manuf/distributor....

I had no idea that they were still open. Over 20 years ago I was a trainer at a Gold's Gym that is right next store. I pass by now and then in my travels. I bought one of my work trucks from the car dealer that's on the other side of them. Talk about me being clueless? Sorry to admit that I know absolutely nothing about them. I will have to stop in a some point.

What kind of spacing/glazing system do they utilize based upon their brochures?

What i have been given shows the following. Ufactor=.30, SHGC=.25, VT=.45. Double glass, with Interceptor spacer @ 7/8". It looks like AGC makes their glass, Comfort Ti-R.
