Can someone please inform me what the difference is between the Okna Enviro Star, Himark 800 Series, and Starmark? I am pretty sure Okna makes all three of these but why different names and websites?

HiMark and Okna EnviroStar (i.e. 800 series) are the same window. There are different namesakes for the same reasons that company split up the names on other windows (i.e. Simonton Prism Platinum and the Reflection 5500 are the same window).
HiMark is also a name reserved for a specific quality of dealer that does things in accordance with installation best practices.
The Starmark (made by Okna) is a completely different window and is actually made of a cellular PVC.
