+1, Window World sells AMI/Alside products, unless the Champion that you mentioned is specific to your area. Reliabilt or Better Built are both very questionable IMO. I agree with WOW, check out supply houses in your area. Otherwise, around here, Lowes does offer Great Lakes (Plygem) and Serious products by special order which are both okay choices. Not sure if those would be available to you...

Sounds fair to me. The Vista window is fine for a rental property.

Vista wouldn't be suited for the Texas heat under circumstances with direct sunlight. Their exterior glazing beads are pretty weak as are the stupid weep/bug flap baffles which will be shot inside of 10-years.
