Signing contract tomorrow and need help

Hey guys and Gals,

I am signing the contract tomorrow to replace 24 windows with OKNA Insul-tech windows. I am located in Virginia and would like to know what I should look for in the contract from the installers side and what I should put in on my side (contract start and end dates, clean-up etc)? Any help would be appreciated.

j2, you should look for a thorough description of the product and installation, payment terms, dates, etc. There are other legalities that need to be included but vary from state to state... I suppose only someone in VA could comment on that.
