Need advice for best replacement windows and doors
Our 20 y/o builder grade windows and doors are failing. Seems like window replacement companies are worse than used car salesmen. Reading reviews on line only confuses the issue more. We recently bought 4 new Uniframe windows from local franchise. Love the windows so far but haven't been through a typical Missouri winter yet. Hated the high pressure sales and customer service stinks. Now looking for a 9 foot 3 panel sliding patio door. Have talked with Champion, Pella, Renewal by Anderson, and a company that sells Softlite windows. They all say they have the best windows/doors but reviews for all are not that great. Any suggestions?

In vinyl, Sunrise makes one of the nicest patio doors around. Soft-lite's door is well constructed as well, and would undoubtedly serve you well. If HiMark is available in your
area, it would be a good choice as well.
I'd forget Champion, Pella and RBA. They're all overpriced and underperforming.
