Replacing small steel casements

#1 Post by Laser »

I am replacing my windows with vinyl windows. I have two bathroom windows that are 13x38. The new frames are alot wider then the steel frames and wont leave me much glass. I am considering using a slim frame for these two window and the rest of the house will be a wider frame. Any Opinions?

If you are going new construction with a full tear out, the glass loss should not be as bad as you think.

The casements, slim line or otherwise, will have similar frame depths and widths.

Why not consider Milgard Styleline window frames for these 2 windows.

I like the styline idea on the two windows. There are two other windows on that side of the house , would it be noticeable?
