We purchased our Reynolds Windows about 15 years ago and most of them have condensation between the double panes. I seem to remember a lifetime warranty for these windows but I cannot find the paperwork we had for the purchase. Can anything be done about this?

If the windows are double hung, pull down the top sash and see if there is a sticker in the head tracks. Also tilt in the sash and look for any stickers on the sides.

As the other guys mentioned, you'll need some type identifier, preferably the serial number. If you don't see it (a sticker) on the first one you check, look at the others. They tend to fall of over time, but you should be able to find one that still has it. Reynolds is now "Norandex-Reynolds", so search for a local branch once you've located the serial numbers.
