So I eventually went with the Vytex. I like them, seem very air tight and the installers did a great job. I did 5 about a year ago and last month ordered the remaining 10. Also got a MaxCraft door, that I like, but I will never do a PVC coated door again, I will stick with wood or wood veneers, the PVC does not take stain well.

North Georgia did a great job and when they messed up the door install they came out, pulled entire door out and reinstalled it and apologized up and down and knocked some money off. They have excellent customer service.
