I'd go with the Mom and Pop.

We went with the professional company that is a small mom/pop but the installation seemed like it would be much more professionally done. They were well presented and the owner is the one that came out to propose to use and also took care of the measurements to order. The windows will be foamed instead of fiberglass for installation and the caulk they will be using is Novaflex caulk. He gives a lifetime warranty on windows and caulking. We chose the American Glass Grand Teton window, triple pane, Solarban 260 Low E, .21 U-factor, .26 solar heat gain, .46 visible transmittance, .07 air leakage. Frames and sashes are insulated with foam and reinforced with innergy. Windows also are triple pane, 7/8" thick, welded frames with Superspacer. It seems like a good window made locally in Indiana which is close to our home here in Cincinnati.
We hope and pray we purchased a great window and feel that we have. The sliding glass patio door is made by Alside and is the Promenade 6400 Contemporary sliding patio door with Low E glass

I will definitely keep you posted. Windows should be here in about 3 weeks. Very excited to stop hearing the outside noise as much! Hopefully not at all once new windows and doors go in.
