Hello all,
I have been researching to the point of paralysis. They windows are by Rusco. Double hung with storms.
The glazing is failing and am looking into getting new windows.
I have discovered inserts where one just pops out the sashes and in goes the new window.
I am in the Kansas City area. Windows I have looked at so far are ViWinTech, Anderson with bids.
The window world is over whelming to say the least!

Welcome to the forums.
I would suggest that you continue a bit of your research and see if you can't obtain quote from some of the brands that are more often recommended on here and other discussion forums.
Windows should be a one time purchase, but sadly, if you pick the wrong way...you can be faced with another scenario that would either involve a poorly performing window or a replacement...requiring replacement.
