Which window has a higher rating
Relibult 3900 series alias Atrium 8900!
Or Okna 500 Delux

In that 3 way comparison, the Okna 500 is probably the leader in the clubhouse.

A higher rating in what area? ...And do you mean numerically higher, or superior? Either way, the Okna 500 is in another stratosphere of performance. Significantly better everywhere from u value to air infiltration, etc. provided apples to apples options are compared.

Okna is much better on every level. Reliabilt is a lower quality window.

Not in the same league. Okna is heads and shoulders above the Reliabuilt and Atrium.
