Wondering if a quote for three OKNA 500 series double hung windows is reasonable. The quote is $2,350. However, the windows are large. One window is 48" by 52" and the other two are 39" by 52". We are in Northern Virginia.

Thanks for any advice. Recently bought first home and have no experience with windows. Have had a few quotes but only one company offers OKNA.

It’s reasonable, given the small number of windows being replaced.

With out the rest of the specs for the windows and the scope of work on the install I can not help.

Randy I agree with that the volume is low and is part of the pricing.

For those sizes and the fact that there are only 3 windows, the pricing is more than reasonable.

I agree with the others. That price is not out of the normal range, and that is even considering that there is likely a premium built in there due the smallish job...

Being that you are in NoVa, I'd be remiss if I did not also suggest that you contact Windows on Washington if this bid is not already from them. They are the premier Okna dealer in the area and run a heck of an operation. Great people.

I used Windows on Washington several years ago, and would tell you to definitely give them a shot. I have been very pleased with the service and product. It was a no-pressure process.

Thanks Veekay.

Not sure if we met before but I very much appreciate the kind words.
