Window World and Grand Horizons

I've gotten a few quotes and I've narrowed down my choices between these two. I've read a bit about window world on this site but can't seem to find anything on Grand Horizon (amcraft) windows. Pricewise they are a wash between them (Window World/ComfortWorld 4000 and Grand Horizons Preferred). Anyone have any experience with the grand horison line? Sounds to me like the installer is the main issue since I'm not looking at high end windows...
