Replacement Windows in Virginia

Good Morning:

I have had several quotes for the following sized windows:

Nine - 41 x 54 (95 UI)
Two - 25 x 38 (63 UI)
Two - 33 x 54 (87 UI)
One - 37 x 38 (75 UI)

The lowest quote I have is for Home Depot's 6500 Series totalling $8,762.00 (w/grids; argon; full screen).

I am concerned with the high cost of these windows, as well as the quality.

Am I being too cheap, or can I do better elsewhere??

Any quotes, especially for me doing it myself, would be greatly appreciated.
