Anyone have any experience or know about Seaway replacment windows? The quote we received was for the Encore model.

I have SeawayWindows. I have been replacing my windows a few at a time, so my oldest windows are about 5 years old, and I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my bow window. I have a mixture of double hungs and casements,
from the Encore Line. Dark green exterior, wood look interior. I am very happy with the windows. They are easy to use, and look as good as the day they were installed. They made a big difference in my house in terms of keeping the noise level down and the heat in. I found customer service at Seaway to be excellent.
