Window measurements
I need to replace nine vinyl windows, the contractor took the meaurements wrong and the windows are to small, he is gone and I will be doing the job myself, How can I fix the size problem, is there a solution for it or will I loose my money?

Did you sign a contract with the contractor to do the work? If so, he is 100% responsible to order you new windows.
If you did the deal where you were going to buy the windows yourself and just pay someone labor to put them in, then you are responsible even though someone else measured them, ...unless part of his responsibilities in a written labor agreement were to measure the windows.
That may not be fair, but that is why written contracts are so important.
If you give us some more info as to how the whole deal transpired, we may be able to give you some better advice on whether you have recourse.
