Harvey Slimline Windows or Certainteed Bryn Mawr II ???

hello,
I live in greater hartford, CT and am having trouble deciding between the Harvey Slimline and Certainteed Bryn Mawr II windows.

Essentially, I have to replace 20 dbl hung windows and was quoted

$8.5K for the Harvey and $ 7K for the Bryn Mawr II windows.

any thoughts opinions??

also, I've heard different things about Harveys lock and tackle balance system, any thoughts on this as opposed to the stainless steel coil system that certainteed and schucco uses??
