Sunrise Restorations vs. BF Rich Vintage

Just wanted to ask more specifically about these two windows.

Sunrise has the ultracore filled outer frame and a stainless steel spacer that's filled with some stuff to prevent any condensation. And then some sort of SunClean self-cleaning glass that is a "permanent titanium dioxide layer" that is part of the outer glass surface.

They are slightly more expensive than the BF Rich, but I don't have all the information on this window - I just have a neighbor who had these installed and is very happy with them.

Any advice on these two? Thanks.

I would give Sunrise the edge in the spacer over BF Rich's swiggle spacer.
