Retro Fit or New Construction

Renthead,

Were the prices you quoted for new construction or retro fit windows?

Also, do those prices include instilation.

The price is for replacement windows and includes installation. There will be an additional charge of about $100 for a building permit as well. We are considering between the glass grids which would add $30/window.
