Mastic replacement windows

My son has bought a 10 year old house with Mastic windows and 7 window panes are fogged over of different sizes. I am not able to fine a Mastic dealer to talk to . Can I replace the individual panes and if so does it have to be Mastic or can I install another manufacture's individual window pane. I am lost
