Replacing my windows - HELP!!!

I am replacing my old aluminum windows with new construction windows and I have a few questions.
I am going to paint my house and wanted to know if I should paint or get my windows replaced first?
Also, I live in the Bay Area and I am having a hard time finding a window company I like.
Can someone recommend a good window company?
I am looking for a good quality window but there are so many out there I am a little confused.
Can someone please recommend some windows for me?

I am new too and have not received any replies. Must be that time of the year when everyone is out on vacation or installing windows
