I need to replace the 16 double hung on my house. I've received 3 quotes but can't decide which one to go with. Which would you choose and why?
BF Rich Vintage - $450 / window
Champion - $535 / window
PlyGem - $611 / window
All are double pane, insuallated, Low-E, and argon gas.
We're an hour north of Philadelphia PA if it matters.

Somebody must have some opinions good or bad on at least one of these windows. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

mfb the only one i am familiar with is the champion. not a bad window but they are usually a little cheaper then that. have they called you back with a better offer? that is usually standard practice. no need for foam filling. and not real big on their spacer. they are a manufacturer therefore you should have no problems with warranty issues. i am not that familiar with the other two windows or the cost of living by philly. good luck
