how much damage - if any - is expected to occur to alarm system wiring when replacement windows are installed? Is some damage unavaoidable? a few of my alarm contact terminals were cut by my installers instead of just pulled off the old frames and moved out of the way. (they were all just stuck on with adhevise) any thoughts? thanks.
Good installers will be careful not to damage or cut the alarm wires. My guys will leave the wires inside for the alarm company to re-install once we are finished. Sounds like your installation crew was careless.
