Is this estimate reasonable?

I just got a quote for installation of 17 Vytex windows (Georgetown series) and one patio door including labor and hauling away of old windows/door for $13,000. I wanted to see if the forum members thought this was reasonable. I live in a suburb of Washington, DC.

Details:
All windows and patio door come with Guardian LE low-e/argon with duraseal spacer, foam-wrap insulation, and "double strength" glass.

1 patio door: 82" x 48"
3 hoppers: 32" x 22"
4 3-part sliders: 106" x 48"; 94" x 48"; 94" x 34"; 79" x 72"
10 horizontal sliders:
1 = 61" x 23"
4 = 58" x 34"
2 = 58" x 22"
2 = 34" x 34"
1 = 34" x 22"
