do not work with these unprofessionals under any circumstances. i had to go to the dca on them. on july 1st i gave them a hefty deposit for window installation. the job was never done. after investigation i found out that they don't even have a license to work in nyc. thank god i got my deposit back this past saturday. they never made any attempt to contact me during these past 4mos and when they cancelled on me they never gave a reason why. i lost money in interest and had to pay for courier service. not to mention all the aggravation.
