Is it the contractor or the windows?

Stop me if you've heard this one before.... I had some earthwise windows installed about 4 months ago. There were 22 windows in all. Well, one of my bay windows has a window that is out of square. The upper "sash" is visably crooked when it's pushed up tight. The window won't lock either. To be honest there are a few other windows from the same manafacturer that are a little "tweaked".
Is this an indication of the installation or could that the quality of the windows isn't what I was led to believe.

Do you know which Earthwise Manufacturer the windows came from? I will make sure to put you in contact with the correct contact person to solve your problem.

I believe the manafacturer to be C& S out of CT.
