Philips 800i Series Marquee White Vinyl Windows

I have recently bought a new home that requires the replacement of 20 windows and one patio door. I have received several bids, the lowest of which is for the 800i Series Marquee White Vinyl Windows by Philips Products. I have not familiar with this manufacturer or the quality of the product line. Has anyone out there had any experience with this window? If so, please give me your comments. If anyone else would like to comment on the best type of vinly window out there for the San Francisco Bay Area climate, your input would be apprecitated as well.

You are going to need to narrow it down. Ask the salesperson for a CPD number and then you can look it up on the NFRC to start with. There are over 87 pages of NFRC results just on that one model window that I can see.
