New Patio Door

#1 Post by howard.wheaton » Tue May 12, 2009 9:57 pm

I am looking for a patio door and have been looking at Gorell 6300 with either AC Master or Energy Master III glass or the Andersen 200 Series with LowE Tempered glass. Does anyone have any recommendations or thoughts?

Thanks

I would purchase any Gorell product over any Andersen product any day.

You may want to look at Sunrise. The factory is giving their dealers a great special on patio doors (with or without blinds) until June 1st. I've sold five in just in the last couple days. They are also having a bay and bow sale that is very low priced until June 1st as well.

I read that Armaclad uses a Royal patio door. Schuco also used a Royal door though I'm not sure if it's the same door. I didn't care for Schuco's door much and thus sold Sunrise doors whenever possible.
We've sold and installed some of the recent Gorell doors with no problems.
