What is the reputation of Anlin windows? I'm trying to decide between Simonton and Anlin, but don't know much about Anlin.

Simonton is a national brand. Anlin mostly California. Anlin only has 1 factory and is much smaller than Simonton. Both considered good windows.
I would go with Simonton 7300 or 7500 series. Simonton Verona is their builders window. Some Simonton dealers are selling the Verona but the warranty and features are not the same as the Simonton 7300 and 7500. Verona does not have glass breakage and is only transferable for 10 years. Simonton 7300 and 7500 are much better windows.
