We are in the Cleveland area, so we are looking for windows that can withstand cold weather. We are planing to replace 16 windows, the majority (13) double hung, with 1 casement and 2 sliding windows. We priced out several, but are between Sunrise and Gorell.
The Sunrise windows are about $1500 cheaper. Both have a lifetime warranty, but the warranty for the Gorell windows is with the company selling me/installing the windows and the Sunrise windows warranty is through Sunrise. The installation, both companies are BBB with A ratings and highly rated by Angie's List and neither uses subs.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
