I am replacing 4 double-hung windows and have recieved a couple quotes.

MI windows (Installer--Window Depot USA) U-Factor--0.30
Ideal windows (Installer--Window Wholesalers) U-Factor--0.28

Can anyone tell me about the quality of these windows as well as the installers.
