We had 13 windows installed including a sliding door. The windows are a very nice product, but the installation was unprofessional and sloppy at best. We have been calling for the past month to have these problems resolved to no avail. I would not recommend Install America to anyone.

Sorry to hear this but I'm not surprised. I would bet that you paid top dollar for your windows and expected what the dealer promised would be a professional installation?

Sorry you had this problem. How did the payments schedule work? Did you withold a substancial amount of money until the work was completed to your satisfaction?

Contact your local office of consumer affairs (GOVT- NOT BBB!), or your state's home improvement commission. People like this give the true professionals a bad name.
