Anybody know the quality of Amerimax windows? I'm looking to replace our old windows. I'm unsure if we will go with wood, vinyl, or fiberglass. Our house was built in 1938 and the windows are a mess not to mention not very energy efficient. I know Amerimax makes vinyl windows but I do not know the advantage/disadvantage between wood, vinyl, and fiberglass. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Purportedly, they are rumored to be one of the best you can buy.
I haven't seen them myself yet, but they get good reviews here.

Amerimax makes a very good vinyl window. I believe Amerimax is one of the best in the market for people living in Southern California looking at vinyl replacement windows. Great features and built very well.
