i had accu weld windows installed in my home in 2002. The vinyl is coming apart at the window ledge. I removed a piece of the material i was told it was vinyl. How in the world do you replace that vinyl. from the street my windows look trouble because the vinyl is coming apart from the window ledge. can someone give me some suggestions on the repair.

It is very unlikely that there is an available repair if you are referring to an integral part of the window.
If you are referring to the capping, that can be re-done and made to look new again.
