Thermal Industries Dreamwood

Does anyone have good or bad experince with Thermal Industries windows? I live in Ct. and found the Dreamwood with the Stainable veneer wood on the inside. I've looked at the Harveys Wood inside and Clad outside. I like the vinyl inside and out but because of stained woodwork, I think the white would stand out to much. I'm looking to replace 18 DH. I liked marvin and pella but have to sell house to buy them. I don't need the best of the best, just need a little advise on these thermal Ind. windows as a manufactor and service if needed.

Comfortline has a stainable fiberglass window and a unit with real oak on the interior that's stainable.
