Footprint Drawing for Building Permit

I live in Volusia County, FL and they are requiring "2 copies of footprint drawing for window/doors to be replaced." Is this something that the manufacturer provides with their windows or is this something that I need to draw up as a homeowner?

You should be able to get schematics from whatever manufacturer you are dealing with.

They probably want a little drawing of the layout of the home along with the location and size of any bedroom egress windows. Call to make sure what they details they need just to be safe.
