how do I remove old window and install new one?

#1 Post by analogmusicman »

here's some pix of my dining room windows. I want to install "new installation" vinyl windows. either Simonton or Jeld-Wen look ok. looks like installation may be a bit tough with the brick?

Pull the siding, cut your brick and install a New construction window.

Or Pull the siding, build out the sides with the brick and put a New Construction window in.

For window removal, you, a flat bar and some time. Maybe made easier if you remove the siding, maybe not.
