Single hung sash balances

Replacing sash balances on alenco windows for coml. accnt. after mkt. not working. I can get one side to work but not both sides in tandem also, the clips that hold the sash bals at top keep coming out and are a bitch to get back in. Looking for facrory replacement bals and replacement clips. Single hung aluminum with movable panel 40 x 28 dual glazed

Sounds like side load balance
clip is put in open at bottom then popped in at top.
could use a small screw to do the same
remove it after install so it doesnt break balance later
we use stry-buc or swisco for parts
